Hi there,

Last week, I told you about the re-thinking, re-focusing and re-
planning I've decided to do in my business. I talked a bit it in
a few entries on my blog and it seems many of us online
entrepreneurs can use help with this. I really appreciate all the
comments I've received and the suggestions put forth are awesome.
It's great when people put their heads together.

Today, I've spent some time reading through the "Final Chaper" of
Richard Schefren's Internet Business Manifesto. If you had a
chance to read the first two parts, you'll know how Richard
really focuses on the way we organize and systematize our
businesses...and that's what so many of us need.

It's no secret that most of us Internet Marketers aren't business
school graduates and many of us have no prior business experience
at all. We just found a way to earn a living online and have been
winging it as we go along. I think that's a wonderful thing, but
I also think that we can find ways to run our businesses more
efficiently and effectively.

I definitely recommend you grab Richard's Final Chapter (no
charge!). Even if you haven't read the first two chapters, there
are instructions on how to get them in the Final Chapter. He also
provides a decent summary in the Final Chaper itself - to help
reduce your reading time.

In this final chapter, Richard brings up some thought-provoking
questions and gives you incredible insight into the world's most
successful direct marketing company. It REALLY gets cooking at
page. 34 if you're in a hurry, but I recommend reading it all.

All this advice CAN and DOES apply to your own work-at-home
business.

Near the beginning, he also talks about his conversation with a
powerful business man that made him ignore not one, not two, but
THREE of his wife's calls. I couldn't believe it myself, but once
you read The Final Chapter, I'm thinking you'll understand why he
did it. I just hope he did something nice for her afterwards! ;-)
