2. Here's a great question for anyone involved in direct
sales. My subscriber wrote:

'Alice, I have a decent offline business with Tupperware and
have been doing it for 10 years. However, I am not sure how
to market my online business to maximize my presence there.
I make sure to put my URL on everything I give out offline
but usually those repeat customers stay offline. How can I
develop an online customer base as well?'

3. We're back to talking about markets again (an important
topic, don't you think?). At least one of my subscribers is
frustrated that he can't find the 'hungry market.' He wrote
to me and asked:

'Where do you find the hungry market? I have tried doing
this for almost 6 months online and I still haven't found
it.'

Well, sometimes our inaction will be the ultimate cause of
our failure. It's not always the market's fault.
