Hi there,

If you've been working with a virtual assistant, you'll know what
life saver it can be. You probably also no what a headache it can
be. It's not always easy training someone new and adding the
"virtual element" to it can get very complicated.

If you aren't sure what a virtual assistant (VA), it's simply an
administrative assistant that can work for your business, without
you having to hire an employee that comes to your home. A VA is a
contractor who works from her own home or office and you can
communicate via the Internet. Depending on your VA, she or he can
provide a wide variety of services from secretarial to web design
to programming. Each VA comes with her own unique set of
skills...and I believe I each home-based Internet marketing
business should have.

Unfortunately, some people do get frustrated with the training
process and find it tough to get exactly what they want out of
their VA. If you've experienced this, don't let this stop you
from continuing. Having a VA to call on when there are tasks you
don't have time for just simply don't want to deal with is a
great feeling. It just takes time to build that relationship and
get into a groove of working well together.
